Transitioning to a four-day week has been a "gamechanger" for The Andersen Partnership's ability to attract recruiters, says managing director Shawn Twomey.
He tells Shortlist it was a "fairly painless process", designed to meet recruiters' needs while also helping the business grow.
"Part of the conversation was about the options out there. Option one is obviously complete flexibility [on where people work], but with growth plans, we wanted to still retain some in-office work and ensure we continue our culture but still give our staff something that's got a bit of 'wow factor'."
