Hays employee claims "eroded trust" forced her to resign

An on-hire worker has failed to prove Hays "destroyed" their employment relationship and constructively dismissed her when it ended her assignment before investigating a client's misconduct allegations

The casual employee was placed with National Australia Bank in December 2022 on a temporary assignment, which was slated to end in September last year.

In June, however, after the employee allegedly made two non-compliant phone calls, NAB instructed Hays to end the employee's assignment, claiming she posed a "significant risk" to its business...
