Healthcare recruiter launches direct-service brand

A healthcare recruitment specialist is launching a new direct-to-client service in the NDIS space; meanwhile, a major technology overhaul has helped transform its performance metrics.

"We are not servicing suppliers; we are the supplier," she tells Shortlist.

Set to go live within two weeks, TQ Care is headed up by Sheila Surman, who was previously NDIS operations regional manager for Healthcare Australia, where she worked for more than seven years.
