Hudson RPO "keeping close" to talent; GP up 42% in Q2

With counteroffers now occurring "every day", Hudson RPO recruiters are placing far more focus on "keeping close" to new hires before they start and counselling them around the resignation process, says APAC CEO Kimberley Hubble.

"Even if [candidates] accept the offer, there's no guarantee that they'll start, because we've had cases where people have just not shown up on day one," Hubble says.

"So, keeping in contact with that newly acquired employee between that offer of acceptance and the start date is really, really important..."
