Hudson shifts focus to the "forgotten side" of contingent staffing

Hudson's contingent staffing brand Flexhive is now giving clients better insights to help them reduce attrition, says CEO Martin Hayden. Meanwhile it's also moving more seriously into the offshoring space.

This year, the platform's focus has evolved on both the candidate and client side, with new features targeting engagement and experience, he says.

"We always had a vision that this business was... an on-demand talent platform," he tells Shortlist. "The big part we wanted to do is go beyond sourcing, and... help clients have their candidates that are work ready and engaged."

As a result, Flexhive now has an "inbuilt engagement journey" for candidates...
