Ignite adopts "two-stream" approach to pursue rapid growth

Ignite is now a "two-stream business", after consolidating its solutions offerings with the goal of "rapid growth", says executive general manager Nikki Grech.

Since taking on the dual role of operational excellence for Ignite and executive GM of its talent solutions (formerly people services) division last year, Grech says she has been restructuring, reshuffling and expanding the business in pursuit of growth.

This includes bringing Ignite's on-demand business Jav IT under the solutions banner, which has been renamed Technology and Talent Solutions. The two-stream result – standard specialist recruitment plus technology and talent solutions – means the business has "the breadth to work right across all sectors", she says.

Tech solutions is the rapid growth area because, "whether it's people or technology we're now able to craft outcomes for our clients, big and small, and they are more bespoke," Grech says...
