Inside Hudson's business and tech transformation

In the five years since its MBO, Hudson's transformation has involved "lots of mistakes", and they highlight some of the recruitment industry's particular challenges, says senior executive Martin Hayden.

Hudson was recently among four companies recognised as "ones to watch" – and the only recruitment agency – in the AFR's inaugural digital transformation leaders awards.
