Interim execs prioritising meaningful work over tenure

Most interim executives are more concerned with whether an assignment is meaningful, rather than the length of the engagement, new research shows.

Watermark's 2023 Annual Interim Executive Survey reports that 40% of respondents had no preference for interim or permanent work, with only one in 10 seeing interim as a "gap fill".
