Internal mobility and tech stacks top TA priorities for 2023

An industry analyst is urging internal recruiters to rethink their hiring processes in light of current macro trends.

According to PageUp's latest trends report, global talent shortages are at a 10-year high and more than 85 million jobs could go unfilled by 2030 due to a lack of skilled people to fill them.

"The market is complicated at the moment," PageUp head of customer insights Rebecca Skilbeck told a recent briefing about the report. "For every headline about lay-offs, there's another team desperately trying to increase the number of applications they have in certain roles"...
