Investment in specialisation pays off for Cornerstone

Continuing investment in non-sales functions such as technology and support teams has helped healthcare recruitment company Cornerstone more than double its revenue in each of the past two years, says CEO Samantha Miklos.

Cornerstone has recently received an award for its outstanding candidate care, and Miklos says this stems from the work the company has put into building specialised support teams, which enable its people to focus purely on recruitment and candidate experience.
