IT contractor rates soften and average tenure rises: Peoplebank

IT professionals have increasingly prioritised job stability throughout the past year and a half, according to new research by IT and digital recruitment agency Peoplebank. Meanwhile, employers are placing greater emphasis on communication and relationship management in their tech hires.

The study shows that the proportion of IT workers who have switched jobs within the past six months continues to decline.
