JobAdder is changing how its price rise will be rolled out, with CEO Martin Herbst conceding it "should have done a better job at communicating with our customers in advance".
Earlier this month, JobAdder informed some ANZ customers it was raising prices, and Shortlist received numerous complaints of the amounts rising by more than 60%; recruiters also vented on LinkedIn about the surprise hike.
Today – "after days of open and ongoing dialogue" – JobAdder has announced it will change the roll-out schedule: a lower price rise will take effect from 1 November...
