Keen eye on data helps Lotus People maintain high fill rates

Lotus People's approach to training and development, and its reliance on client and candidate feedback data, have helped it maintain a fill rate hovering around 80% this year, says director Sinead Connolly.

Across the company, Lotus People's permanent placement fill rate was 79% for the first half of the year, and has since increased to 83%.

The Brisbane branch, which opened in February, has so far filled 100% of its jobs...
