Korn Ferry piloting "game changer" recruitment tech
Korn Ferry RPO is soon to launch a 'game changing' solution in the technology recruitment space, according to ANZ managing director Stephanie Edwards.
'KF Career' will not only assess and recruit talent but also facilitate development and career growth with their new employer, she tells Shortlist.
Attracting, retaining and developing tech talent has "turned into a complete bidding war", she notes.
"All of them are outbidding each other, salaries are going through the roof, so this is a product that we implement as part of our RPO solutions and the onboarding of tech talent..."
