LinkedIn's '2024 Recruiter' will use AI to surface "hidden gems"

LinkedIn has "completely rethought" the search and messaging components for the next iteration of its Recruiter product, and is testing with select customers from today, the leader of its talent solutions products says.

To date, LinkedIn's products haven't been "as simple and useful as they could be", Talent Solutions VP of product Hari Srinivasan tells Shortlist.

This is despite LinkedIn being home to "incredible economic graph data" for recruiters, he says. "[It's] because it's hard to get access and use that data in some of the ways we think is possible..."
