Listening skills in high demand as recruiters rebuild their BD muscle

A new training program is highlighting which areas of business development have fallen by the wayside for recruiters, according to Mayday Recruitment co-founder Imogen Storie.

Mayday acquired Elevate Corporate Training in October, and this has allowed the company to "take Elevate's content and make it specific to our industry and agency recruitment, which is unique to the market".
