Metaverse opens up "tremendous value" for recruitment industry

The metaverse holds enormous potential for future recruitment processes, and businesses that start now will have an early adopter advantage, a technology and collaboration specialist says.

In a recruitment landscape now using fewer physical face-to-face methods, the metaverse and avatars can serve as an 'in-between' to the virtual and physical, DXC Technology global offering manager for immersive collaboration Chris Cornelius tells Shortlist.
