More recruiters need to start saying "no"

RCSA CEO Charles Cameron has challenged recruiters to think more deeply about how they personally, beyond their organisation or industry, can affect change for the better.

"We need to understand the candidates, the clients, the broader impact of what we do – good, bad and otherwise," he told Shortlist at RCSA's Shape conference this week.
