More than half of recruitment agencies considered "terrible"

Only 10% of recruitment agencies are providing "exceptional" service, among other sobering findings from a major survey.

According to The Recruitment Company's 2022 Great Big Recruitment Industry Survey – which involved 845 candidates, hiring managers, HR employees and more – 56% of recruitment agencies are considered "terrible".

This result is concerning not just for the industry, but for companies working with external recruiters, because 50% of respondents said their perception of a recruitment agency has an extremely high impact on their opinion of the end client....
