New EA provides 'same pay' guarantee; Labour hire agreement a 'sham'
The Fair Work Commission has approved a labour hire company's enterprise agreement, containing 'same job, same pay' provisions. Meanwhile, a Commission full bench has accused six employees of engaging in a "sham exercise" when they voted up an EA ahead of the company providing labour hire services.
