Talent acquisition is becoming increasingly strategic, and as TA leaders claim their "seat at the proverbial table", their influence will be felt across the c-suite, new research says.
According to LinkedIn's ANZ Future of Recruiting report, there's "no question" that recruiting is becoming more strategic, and will "drive business-critical changes".
It says 88% of ANZ recruiting professionals believe that TA has become a more strategic function over the past year and 73% say they can now claim a seat at the table...
