"Now we're really living it": Heidrick & Struggles on DE&I

Heidrick & Struggles is amplifying employee voice to bring diversity to the fore in its organisation, and focusing on "reminding leaders" in its clients about DE&I benefits, a managing partner says.

"It's become a really important agenda item for us that used to be talked about and maybe dreamed a little bit about, but now we're really living it," says Graham Kittle, managing partner at Heidrick & Struggles Australia.

"We've hired a DE&I leader globally, who has a real voice and is very much an important part of our global leadership team. She's very active in making sure that we're setting the strategy but also living it locally."
