A former Randstad on-hire employee has been granted an extension of time to pursue an unfair dismissal claim, after the Fair Work Commission found her late lodgement was caused by "technology and not human interaction".
The worker was employed by Randstad from 14 March 2022 and on-hired to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) until 9 February this year.
She alleged she was removed from this placement "for reasons that were fabricated by the NDIA" after she had made a bullying complaint...
