One-third of temp workers not approached about redeployment

Temp workers who have a good recruitment experience are six times more likely to work with the agency again, but many recruiters aren't contacting them ahead of assignments ending, research has found.

According to Bullhorn's survey of more than 500 temp and contract workers across APAC's professional, healthcare, and commercial sectors, redeploying talent is a major missed opportunity.

The top reasons candidates choose a particular firm is its reputation or access to desirable assignments, the report says.

And some 14% select an agency based on positive past interactions, making a candidate's talent experience during assignment critical...
