Paradox bringing "conversational" career sites to Australia

Talent acquisition software company Paradox expects to have its first major Australian client go live with a "conversational" career site in the next few weeks, with more to follow, says chief marketing officer Josh Zywien.

Paradox's career sites use AI-based "conversational assistant" technology to remove the "friction" of traditional career websites, Zywien tells Shortlist.

The conversational agent, which Paradox named 'Olivia', guides candidates through the process, including applying, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.

Major global clients include McDonald's, Amazon, Nestle, Fonterra, Unilever and General Motors, with McDonald's using the system in its "McHire" processes...
