Pay gap communication will matter almost as much as the data

Adopting a "crisis communications mindset" ahead of next week's release of gender pay gap data will help all reporting employers, even if they're proud of their results, a communications expert says.

The WGEA is publishing its first set of gender pay gap data on Tuesday, and regardless of whether employers are on the list, they should be preparing a response, Pure Public Relations MD Phoebe Netto tells Shortlist.
