PeopleIn pipelining future leaders with MBA-style program

PeopleIn has embarked on an MBA-style leadership program, which taps into the knowledge of its senior team and board members to build up a pipeline of future leaders.

Following several years of significant growth, both organic and via acquisition, PeopleIn is now in a position to "leverage the horsepower" of its brands, says CEO Ross Thompson.

"A good healthy business is one that's got solid succession," Thompson tells Shortlist. "So, we needed to make sure we've got succession both in the brands, but also that opportunity for someone in one brand to move to another"...
