PeopleIn ramping up acquisitions, upskilling and overseas hiring

PeopleIn is aggressively pursuing acquisitions to continue its growth, meanwhile it is exploring new training avenues to build its talent pool, says CEO Ross Thompson.

The company is currently exploring opportunities with several businesses that are highly complementary, he says.

It's a significant strategy for the company, Thompson tells Shortlist, with its most recent acquisitions – Techforce Personnel acquired in June), Vision Surveys acquired in June and GMT Group acquired in December – contributing $3.4m in EBITDA, according to its half-year results.

And recent acquisition Perigon Group is set to build on that performance, he says.
