PeopleIn's leadership program, key to cohesion and succession

PeopleIn is gearing up for the second intake of its internal MBA-style leadership program, after the outstanding success of the first cohort.

PeopleIn launched its biannual Emerging Leaders program last year to underpin its workforce and succession plans.

The program covers five key training areas: business development; risk and governance; leadership development; client relationship management; and quality deliverables within the talent solutions business.

Now twelve months in, six out of the 20 participants in the first group have earned a promotion, and been moved up to either managing a team for the first time or taking on a larger team, says PeopleIn head of people Carla Stieper...
