Perm recruiters "smashed" in 2020; recovery far from even
Some 95% of recruitment companies with perm business were "smashed" by COVID, with revenue falling on average by 60%, new industry data shows. In contracting, meanwhile, a 5-10% decline is "average" for all but the largest businesses.
