"Plenty of pockets of opportunity", as net profit grows: Randstad CEO

Randstad Australia delivered a net profit increase of 26% for calendar 2022, according to its recently posted ASIC return, with its professional business in technology performing particularly well, according to CEO Nick Pesch.

Revenue was up 12% year-on-year to $1.3 billion and EBITDA was $38.5m, despite a big increase in staff numbers, from 739 the previous year to 925.

Pesch says the strong resurgence in the professional market was the result of a concerted effort by Randstad during the pandemic to keep in touch with clients and help them where possible...
