Profusion Group acquires insurance recruitment specialist
Profusion Group has continued its expansion path this week by acquiring an insurance and business services recruitment specialist, in a move that CEO Matt Bennett says furthers its goal to becoming the dominant financial services recruiter.
Kennedy Reid was founded in 2010 and has 25 staff based in Sydney, working both the Sydney and Melbourne markets, Bennett tells Shortlist.
He didn't reveal any commercial aspects of the deal, other than to say it was financed by the existing shareholders of Profusion, including private equity company, Redwood North, which owns a 51% stake in the business...
