Recruiters are self-sabotaging and need to build 'equity': Savage

Now more than ever, recruiters are sabotaging their own success and need to work on their self-belief, according to industry advisor Greg Savage.

Even the best recruiters are susceptible to suffering from imposter syndrome, Savage told an APSCo presentation this week, where he was promoting his new book, Recruit – The Savage Way.

The problem, he says, is they "don't actually believe what we do is valuable"...
