Recruiters "being sold snake oil or machine learning dressed up as AI"

There's currently "a lot" of hype around the value ChatGPT brings to the hiring process, and as this area develops, it will be incumbent on recruiters to ensure they're "not being sold snake oil", an industry advisor says.

Recruitment and technology expert Thomas Shaw says recruiters don't need to fear being replaced by AI tools anytime soon.

"Everyone always asks me questions about this, like, 'is this going to change the world?'" he tells Shortlist...
