Hiring managers are increasingly providing a better candidate experience, but still falling down when it comes to explaining the company culture and benefits of the role, with flow-on effects to placement ratios, new data shows.
Feedback platform Recruiter Insider analysed candidate feedback from more than 7,000 interviews between January and March, finding that the average score given to hiring managers increased month-on-month (from 89.8% in January to 91.5% in March). Averaged across the quarter, the feedback score was 90.9%.
In particular, hiring managers were considered well-prepared for interviews, with the scores increasing to 93.2% in March, up from 92.4% in January and 92.9% in February...
