Recruiters' salary tool helping to bridge gender pay gap

A boutique agency's dynamic salary tool is helping make pay rates for tech roles more visible, with the goal of evening out gender pay gaps in the sector, its leaders say.

TechSalaries.com.au was launched two years ago as a simple Google forms spreadsheet aimed at making pay rates more visible for candidates, Latitude IT co-founder James Gildon tells Shortlist.
