Recruiters up in arms over JobAdder price rises

JobAdder is raising its prices by more than 60% for some users, in a move that has prompted an angry response from the industry.

Numerous recruiters have contacted Shortlist today complaining their per-user licence for the ATS is increasing from $100 per month to $160, from 1 November; Shortlist understands the increase is both higher and lower for other customers.

JobAdder CEO Martin Herbst has defended the increase, telling Shortlist: "We have hundreds of customers who have been using JobAdder at a substantial discount relative to our standard price for several years.

"We have deliberated about this inconsistency for quite some time...
