Recruitment's biggest gender pay gaps revealed (part 1)

Shortlist has mined the Workplace Gender Equality Agency's data, made public today, to reveal which recruitment and staffing companies have the biggest gender pay gaps. "The time for talk and excuses is over," says WGEA CEO Mary Wooldridge.

WGEA's data explorer shows that nationally, the median gender pay gap including base salary only is 14.5%; when total remuneration is considered the median gap is 19.0%.

From the nearly 5,000 organisations whose pay gaps became public today, Shortlist has created the following lists of recruitment and staffing companies.

The first number next to each company is its median gender pay gap including base salary only; the second number is its total median gender pay gap, including base salary, super, overtime, bonuses and other additional payments...
