Recruitment leaders explain their gender pay gaps

This morning Shortlist revealed the biggest and smallest pay gaps in the recruitment industry. In part two, we provide leaders' commentary on the gaps of some of the biggest and well-known staffing companies.

Commentary below is ordered by company, from those with the smallest total gender pay gap (including base salary, super, overtime, bonuses and other additional payments), to those with the largest. (WGEA considers a gap of +/-5% "neutral".)
