Recruitment leadership "in much better shape" since pandemic

The recruitment industry has emerged from the pandemic with more focused and higher-quality leaders than it has ever had in the past, says industry advisor Rod Hore.

As director of HHMC Global, Hore has advised on numerous M&A deals over the years and helps recruitment companies develop their strategic plans. He says leadership in the current market is "one of the things I get excited about".
