Recruitment review platform ethics questioned, again

Recruitment review platform Sourcr is again facing scrutiny of its testimonials' credibility, a year after questions were first raised about its practices.

Shortlist has queried the platform about its approach to adding pre-existing third-party reviews, after seeing examples of Google reviews – which are up to seven years old – recently being added to recruiters' profiles and dated February and March this year (see images below).

This follows Shortlist's report last year that Sourcr was allowing its users to make false and misleading claims; the platform subsequently made numerous changes but maintained these were part of its regular improvements...
