Research and 'roadshow' paying dividends for Smaart Recruitment

Smaart Recruitment's long-term investment in detailed industry research is positioning the company as a thought leader in its sector and getting it in front of more key decision makers, its directors say.

The agency is primarily focused on call centre recruitment, and Smaart directors James Witcombe and Maarten Roosenburg want it to be seen as a "trusted provider but also an agency that can provide knowledge and guidance".
