RPOs performing "slightly" better than TA in talent delivery and pipelining

RPOs are doing a slightly better job delivering talent compared to internal recruiters, but both have room to improve when it comes to building pipelines, new industry research suggests.

ATC's latest survey of 230 Australian and New Zealand talent teams (which includes HR leaders and onsite RPO providers) has found that TAs score 7.2 out of 10 in "delivering the right talent at the right time".

That score is unchanged since 2021, although the challenges haven't been the same over the past 18 months and this area "continues to evolve", says Slalom senior manager TA Simon Hedt...
