Seek assessing recruiters' "appetite" for outcome-based pricing

Seek has been experimenting with outcome-based pricing to test reactions from its customers, and CEO Ian Narev says its "mind is really open" about what models it will eventually offer. In this interview he also discusses: Sourcr reviews; AI and innovation; and improving ROI for recruiters.

"The top line of our strategy is that we want to be able to create more value and then charge a bit more for it," Narev tells Shortlist.

"As long as we're creating more value, recruiters and small businesses are happy to pay a bit more..."
