Seek sets out "vision" for employment services overhaul

Seek could have an "intentional and defined role" in employment services, reducing duplication in the system while delivering a high-quality user experience, it has told a Parliamentary inquiry.

The Parliamentary Select Committee was set up last year to inquire into Workforce Australia Employment Services, and it has received nearly 300 submissions.

Among these, Seek's submission suggests the Federal Government could scrap its Workforce Australia (WFA) website and replace it with a joint venture model, run cooperatively with Seek and other specialist job boards...
