Seek's recruitment marketplace is set to go live within days, says commercial director Ricky Lam.

As previously reported, the Seek Recruiter Network will target the SME hirer market, connecting recruiters with businesses that don't traditionally use third-party agencies.

Seek has been running a 'proof of concept' solution with third-party recruitment marketplace manager Talentvine, ahead of the "more full-scale launch" later this week.

The advantage for recruiters, Lam tells Shortlist, is that Seek takes on the burden of identifying and qualifying opportunities on behalf of recruiters, using its existing relationships and touchpoints with hirers...
