Sirius People turns 20, sets out mid-term growth plans

Sirius People has set some ambitious growth targets for the next few years and, as part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, has treated staff to a four-day trip complete with ice baths to help them "break through personal barriers", says founder Steve Smith.

The company now has about 50 staff members spread across Sydney, Parramatta and Melbourne offices, and celebrated its milestone with two days of conferencing on Hamilton Island.

There, it set out its 2026 mid-term plan, which centres on a goal to double its turnover in the next three years...
