"Stringent" interview process raising tenure at award-winning agency

Retaining consultants is a challenge across the industry, but an intense focus on culture during the hiring process has increased tenure at The Recruitment Company and led to year-on-year accolades, says CEO Geoff Millar.

Average tenure in the staffing sector is between 16–18 months, whereas at TRC Group, it is "six years now", and the company recently placed second in the micro category on the great places to work list.
