'T-shaped' tech leaders still in demand, amid slower search market

While recruitment in the IT sector has slowed from the boom of last year, there's still strong demand for leaders who combine solid technical skills with people management experience, a leading technology search specialist says.

"At the moment there's definitely more people in the market than two years ago, when it was just booming and there were no candidates," Emu Search partner Anna Mercer tells Shortlist.
