TA teams still in the dark when it comes to workforce visibility

The "missing link" in many organisations' talent practices, namely adequate visibility of their full workforce capability, is becoming a more urgent problem, says talent strategist Sue Howse.

In the past year, the dial on this has moved as more executives and leaders have realised they need to improve their visibility, says Howse, who has previously held senior roles at ManpowerGroup and Harrier Talent Solutions, and launched The Human Collaborative earlier this year.
